WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. ALL floral/plant purchases made the week of a holiday are NOT REFUNDABLE. ALL prom, recital, wedding, holiday floral purchases and custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE.
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers. ALL flowers are living and need YOUR care. It is up to YOU to care for the floral arrangement after you receive it. After receiving your bouquet or floral designed arrangement, ALL flowers must be cut on an angle every 2 days and water must be replaced every 2 days with fresh water. If our flowers do not hold up to expectations within 72 hours of receiving them, please bring them back to our store within 72 hours with your receipt or order number located on the enclosed card and management will assess the condition of the flowers and the care that was given to determine if a replacement will be given. Thank you.

We sell only premium flowers from premium growers. Most of our flowers are shipped to us directly from Ecuador, Columbia, Holland and Miami.
All flowers need care. Please read below to learn the best way to care for your flowers.
Cut Floral Bouquet: Cut all flowers on an angle BEFORE placing them in a vase of fresh water. Every 2 days give the flowers a fresh cut and replace the water with fresh water.
VASE ARRANGEMENT: ALL flowers must be cut on an angle every 2 days and water needs to be replaced with fresh water also every 2 days. Must repeat steps every 2 days.
BASKET ARRANGEMENTS: Add fresh water every two days
PLANTS: Plant care differs. Please call Needham Florist to inquire about your plant. 781-449-8484.
NEVER store flowers or plants near a heat source or in cold places that fall below 40 degrees. Flowers should NEVER be kept in direct sunlight or near heat. Do not store flowers outside, in a car, basement, sunroom, porch or garage if it is below 40 degrees.

- Gift certificates to local a local day spa for a manicure/pedicure (*Though prices at area spas vary for their service, we charge one set price regardless of a particular Spa's fee). When you purchse this service from us, you are purchasing it at a higher price than if you were to go to a Spa to purchase a g/c yourself. We are doing the legwork of picking it up (in all climates), gift wrapping it and accruing the credit card transaction fee, therefore the cost for the g/c will be hgiher from us than at a particular Spa. The gift certificate is for a one time use only and will not display the monetary value, but rather the service purchased (manicure/pedicure)
A stuffed bear, box of chocolates or a manicure and/or pedicure gift certificate to a local spa can be added to any order for an additional fee.

A local delivery of $12.95 will be added to each order for each address. Delivery Fee vary outside of Needham. Holiday delivery fee might be slightly increased.
U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in recipients's time zone to assure same-day delivery service. We will do our best to accommodate specific times of day but cannot guarantee it.
We will ALWAYS make 2 same-day floral delivery attempts. After the 2nd attempt and If weather permits, we will leave flowers by the recipient’s door, enclosed porch or overhang area. If the weather does not permit, we will ask a neighbor if they are willing to accept the delivery and if they are, we will leave a door-tag informing the recipient where the flowers were left and we will also call the recipient and leave a message.
If neither option is available, then we will call the recipient and ask for a convenient time to redeliver their flowers when someone is home.
We will be happy to acccept both domestic orders (within the 50 states) and international orders if you call our shop directly. All out of state and international orders will be sent out using a wire service and an additional fee of $15 will be added to your order for this service.

Because of COVID-19, several floral farms & supply chains around the world are still NOT in operation. This is an ongoing issue that has impacted florists around the country. Because of this issue, substitutions may occur. In the event a substitutios are needed, we will create your chosen floral design as similar as possible and keeping with the same value, colors, style and overall feel.
